Return & Refund Policy
At Lunara Hair, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist you, as long as the item meets the return requirements outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products that have been used or opened. This includes any items that have been plugged in, show signs of wear, or are not in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided (such as your order confirmation or receipt)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of use or are returned without authorization
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return the unused item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.
